A variety of fresh Fruit home-grown in our poly tunnels and from local farmers wherever possible, are picked daily to give your taste buds a real treat.

Wensleydale Cheese

Wensleydale Cheese from the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the only makers of real Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, using traditional recipes that have been handed down through the generations, this handcrafted process naturally matures the cheese to give you the perfect flavour.

Eggs

Free Range and Organic Eggs from a local Farmer close by.

Bread

Our Fresh Bread is baked daily by our very own Cook, why not try a taste of our Organic Loaf or Cook's Harvest Grain Loaf, we also have a varied selection of bread rolls and baguettes.

Preserves

Bracken Hill Award winning preserves from Jams to Chutneys, Curds, Marmalades, Coulis and Speciality Sauces, they pride themselves in supporting our local Farmers and Growers, this does mean however some products are seasonal.

Beez Neez Honey produced on our North Yorkshire Moors will have your taste buds buzzing for more.

Meat

Martin Richardson of Woodthorpe is our local Butcher.  All beef is hung for a minimum of 3 weeks, the process of ageing beef is very important for tenderness and flavour. Catering for everyone's needs we offer a variety of Pork and Lamb to. Martin's Award winning Pork Pies will be on sale along with delicious Scotch Eggs, Sausage Rolls and a selection of Meat Pies, made using Martin's own special recipe.

Farmhouse Pies

Traditional hand made farmhouse pies as tasted by Prince Charles who thought it was "utterly delicious".

Poultry

Free Range Chickens are supplied by a small local family business, Loose Birds who pride themselves on the welfare of the chickens, allowing them to roam free 24/7, fed with a feed of their own specification at a local mill only containing whole grain, grass, corn and a vitamin/mineral mix, NO growth enhancers or antibiotics are used.

Ice Cream

On the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, Ryeburn Of Helmsley have won many awards at the 'National Ice Cream Awards' with their Toffee and Fudge, and Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, only using the best ingredients to give you a truly delicious taste, with over 20 flavours of Ice Creams and Sorbets (milk protein free)to choose from.

Cakes/Biscuits

Taste Grandma Wild's Biscuits traditionally baked since 1899.  Annie Wild started to bake crunchy tasty, satisfying biscuits, opening a shop in  Haworth using only the finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible to maintain that traditional taste, Gold and Silver winners of the 'Great Taste Awards'. A selection of home baked cakes by their very own Cook offering you a variety of traditional recipes.

Drinks

James White fruit juices just crushed and bottled immediately to capture the fresh flavour of the English Orchard, all free from added sugar, sweeteners, concentrates, artificial colourings or preservatives, why not try are organic range to quench your thirst.
