New Butchery At The Farm Shop

Our brand new buchery department has a large selection of  Yorkshire reared quality meats and poultry. All beef has been hung for a minimum of 3 weeks, a process of ageing which is very important for developing tenderness and flavour.

Every one's needs are catered for, and the butchery offers a large variety of pork, lamb, beef, choice cuts of steak for that special meal, tasty bacon from a local farmer, a varied selection of Yorkshire sausages from old english, pork & leek, beef, cumberland ring to honey & mustard, blackies (pork with black pudding) and traditional farmhouse and for something a bit spicey why not try our chilli flavour sausage. We have a large selection of  pork pies, meat pies, scotch eggs and sausage rolls but to name a few. If you need help choosing, ask our knowledge assistants who will be on hand to help you.
